This is a 3 story flat top on Third Ave near Elizabeth St.  UFD arrived to find heavy fire visible of this occupied structure.  Fire occurred on 2-26-01.

Engine 1 in front of Utica Converters shown pumping.

Another shot of Utica Converters.  Shown in this photo is Engine 3, Engine 5 (snorkel), Truck 2 with ladder extended and the Oneida County Air Van.

On 4-18-01 a worker accidentally ignited some cardboard bales at Empire Recycling.  Wind drove the fire quickly into the scrap yard of the recycling center.

Truck 2 shown at the recycling center using its master stream to douse the bales of card board.

Engine 3 operating its deck gun.  Water is colored because of the rust build up in the water line.
